Why is it, every time I go to ’’fix’’ the time on the server, the damn thing jumps about 3 or 4 hours out of sync of where it was!? .. Bloody thing..

Yup.

.. well, maybe not exactly like that. Splitting the day into 1000 @-segments doesn't really work. Not precise enough, and hard to get away from our current hourly schedule.
