It'll have to wait until later... I don't want to be spending all day playing the damn thing, like I did yesterday!!!

Is there much to play? I had a couple of games of MiiDrop and bought some clothes, linked my FaceBook account and clicked on a couple of things to get secret missions, but that didn't take too long. Am I missing some obvious stuffage?

I like what I've seen so far, but I'm only really using it to get the Zelda Picross game so far (200 coins short or something).

Invite ?

There is a scan Facebook feature, but strangely it doesn't seem to use your WiiU or 3DS friendslists to ask them to be friends.

I don't know about actual invites (I'm at work and only had about 30mins with it earlier) - the friend request was because Jay was already linked in Facebook and had registered on Nintendo and Miitomo.

The app is free for Android or iOS. Give it a go. I'll happily link up with you (means we both benefit from currency coins too )

Why did they decide to have a four stage coins system? Bonkers. You've got silver (token coins), platinum and gold coins that you earn by playing or buying games and completing "Missions" but you've also got gold coins as in-app currency. Why on earth didn't Nintendo just have the in-app currency and platinum coins (or whatever)? Eg Complete Mission get 5 platinum coins, buy a £5 game and get 100 platinum coins. Seems obvious to me.

There's already a descrepency about the purchase gold coins - you can buy 7 £5 games and get say 50 gold coins, but if you buy a £35 game, you only get 30 (or figures of that sort).

Yeah, right now there's not a noticeable difference between the Miitomo Platinum coins and the Standard Platinum coins. But I imagine that, as Nintendo add more games into the mix, the distinction will become obvious.

Making things even more confusing is the further three currencies of ingame coins, ingame game tokens and ingame sweets.
They really have made things truly baffling for us old folk, haven't they!!!

..and yes, I noticed the gold coin oddity myself. Perhaps Nintendo were thinking "fuck that, they're only buying one game!!!" You know how Nintendo can be...

*plays for another few hours*

A curious game.
Sadly lacking when compared to Tomodachi Life, but it's alright.

Can you sling a couple of hearts my way Jay? Need 5 a day to increase platinum points. Just give hearts when chatting. They don't have any allowances or come from your stock.

Need 140 platinum coins now for Picross. Love Picross. Need Picross!

When you are walking around a room and my head appears in a thought bubble, click it. You can then communicate with a message I left - you can gicve heart (by clicking on the grey heart) and/or respond by clicking on the grey speech bubble.

You'll know if you've done either as they turn blue.

Yeah, but not comments, though.. Just the main responses.

The comments come from the main response, so yeah.

Anyway, looks like you have indeed chucked some hearts my way (4/5), cheers.

I'll keep doing the same. Builds up the coins quicker. You can get WarioWare Touched for 1000 coins too.

Fucking game..

I can't concentrate on my coding, at all!
It's 9:30 on a Sunday night.
I should be nearly done with this week's game, but am instead about 50% done, and constantly chatting on bloody Miitomo!

GOD DAMNIT!!!

*goes back to Miitomo*

Hmm..
If you go to someone else's room, and click on clothes, it shows a list with "not for sale" all over it..
Does that suggest we'll be able to sell our old clothes, later?

..Aaah, no.. It just relists clothes available in your current shop.. Bah..

Got my Picross game via the Nintendo and Miitomo coinage. I'm a happy bunny. Not played it yet (only just got in from work), but it's Zelda and it's Picross. Double win!

Was tempted until I saw it only had 42 levels.
.. I could MAKE a Picross with more levels than that!!!

... Hmm....

I HAVE made a Picross with more levels than that. My current one for Pandora had over 200...

Still, it's a freebie.

I could have gone for WarioWare (as the offer ends sooner), but those games have never really interested me.
