Socoder -> Blitz -> Microphone input

Is it possible in blitz to tell whether a noise has been detected by a microphone?

What I am trying to do is basically trigger my bass drum "practice pad", i.e when the beater hits the pad, the mic picks up the thud and then changes it into a different sound, a big, more realistic thud.

I don't think I explained it well.

So I will explain it again.

Cos I have time.

-Beater hits pad.
-Mic Picks up noise.
-Blitz(plus) goes "oh, a sound"
-Blitz plays a different sound out of my speakers.

So, I need to know how to tell whether my mic has picked up a noise.

If you still do not understand, well ask your mummy to explain it or something XD

Sigh I'm bored.

So, yeah, thats it really.

Cheers.

Another reason why we need an ASM programming section, Jay!

A normal mic :/

Just a little headset one that plugs into line out or w/e.

I await with baited breath!

I'm afraid I'm gonna need your exact model specs if I'm gonna be successful?
