iPad development

After getting the lua game dev app "codea" and learning how to use it, I started using this for most of my new projects.

A while ago I made a sprite editor based on the "shoot 'em up construction kit' one.

Having that portrait and landscape mode, and different devices with different resolutions does make it a bit hard to test it all out.

This weekend I worked on my asteroid mining game. Creating a space battle test, where several bots fly around following another bot. Still pretty basic. Another test was some roaming bots that follow paths inside one of the procedural asteroids.

Prices for new gaming laptops are getting to close to double of what I used to pay a couple of years ago. I think for the next year or maybe 2, the ipad wil be my main computer.
