Is it possible to use a dimmed array variable within a type in blitz3d?

And if so how about an example of how to use it and assign values to it.

so no hard feelings.....

it was done in BlitzMax but can be modified with ease of changing a command or two. um...that Drawtext into Text for instance, since you use Blitz 3d.

Yes, its possible to have an array inside a type in Blitz3D. you have to use box brackets though and you don't declare it as a dim. Example:

Also, arrays inside types can only be one dimensional.

Thanks guys. Its been a couple of years since I have done any real work on blitz. I have been trying on and off but havent had time until now. I have the time and the motivation now more than ever to do my game.

My pc has been a real pain the a$$ as well. Video card died, then my pc starts to overheat. Didnt think anything of it and kept using it. My harddrive dies. I buy a new harddrive and install it...and my powersupply dies at that moment. So i had to get a new one of those too. Still havent got a video card yet. I ordered one but I got the wrong type. Its pci express and mine doesnt use express....oh well.
