Every forum needs one. Discuss calculators, calculator games, emulators, or what have you.

Nspire CX guy over here. I like it for its broad function and community(compared to other calculators coughhpcough), however I do wish there were a few more original games for it like those found on 84s or 89s. Can't really complain though. It runs Doom, the Linux kernel, and a mess of Nintendo emulators, so that'll eat up my time screwing about with those.

Also thinking of porting JNKPlat '08 to it once I'm back from summer school or otherwise and actually know what I'm doing with this thing. Whee.

Standard Warning

JNKPlat and Platdude are much more a part of "me" as most characters and games are part of their associated companies.
As an example, the company that makes Mario is not named after the game starring Mario.

I, on the other hand, am Jayenkai, based on the fact that at college I created a JNKPlat game, and everyone started calling me "That JNK Guy"
Similarly, Platdude is my main Avatar. I shove him all over my projects, and he pretty much symbolises who I am on the net. People see Platdude, they think Jayenkai..

As such, any and all "ports" (technically it'd be a remake) will require 100,000,000% approval before going anywhere.
I AM quite narky about this.

Graphic Calculators sure have come a long way since when I was at college!!
People would've LOVED me if THAT was the norm, back then!

Best I could achieve was a little Worms/Tanks inspired game, where you had to input a set of values to achieve optimum sin waves, to blast your opponent!
Nice.

.. But in black and white, in a shitty low-res, and slow as buggery!

I also made a "Countdown : Numbers Round" game, too. That was handy during dull lessons!
