A guy from our work did it about a year ago to the unit vehicle. £300+ was deducted from his pay packet... Ever since there have been stickers all over the fuel cap, steering wheel and any space where you might look while refuelling, stating the fuel type!

BTW this wasn't the first incident where our vehicle was mis-fuelled either (although it hadn't happened for a good number of years until then).
