Why Internet Explorer? WHY? Why must you be the only browser that stuff breaks in?

They say that every day, you utter a phrase with a unique combination of words that no human has ever uttered before. This is not an example of one of those phrases.

The other browsers break tonnes of stuff too. These days I'm more annoyed at Opera then IE; it has a lot of niggling bugs.

The problem I was having here is that IE doesn't like submitting form fields dynamically generated with jQuery, whereas every other browser does. Works in compatibility mode though.

I'm pretty sure I've built forms on the fly that work fine in IE 9. So I'm pretty sure there must be something else going on here.

I haven't investigated it much since it wasn't an urgent issue at the time, but I think it's something to do with IE not updating some list it has of elements on the page (although as I said I haven't researched it much, so that might be wrong). There will certainly be a way around it, but I have some other projects I need to get done first.
