If it's just some images you can always use the SoCoder uploader.

For small files I used to use Google Pages. It has since been replaced by Google Sites, I dunno if you can still just host files there on their own.

I use Google Pages, although it would seem that the new Google Sites doesn't allow file uploads. That said, Google Pages is still active, so I can still upload stuff to there. For now.

I hear aquate.us is good for images, js files, and zips.

I also mentioned to HotShot in the MudChat that if he only wants hosting for files just to give to his mates then he could use MegaUpload or RapidShare.

He could also just buy some hosting.

imgur.com was donated by a redditor, and is fantastic for images.

But I second buying some hosting... it's as handy as hell to have remote hosting with FTP somewhere - great for back-ups too.

I've never had a real problem with https://www.sendspace.com/ -- no CAPTCHAs, which is nice.
