Pill Time

Water restriction vs pill popping.. brilliantly simple...

Is that cup tiny or the white pill on the left huge?

The big white pill is a bog standard Paracetamol caplet thing.
Two of them, craploads of blood pressure pills, a laxitive, a hiccup thing, and whatever the hell else is in there..

Sux

Rather uneventful today. Must be a Sunday thing.
Guy in the next bed got his op2, but still no news for me as to if I even need my second.

Just a day of waiting.

Where's my food... Nom Nom Nom..

Hmmm..
I feel great.
All of a sudden, the past half an hour, I feel about twenty times better than I have all week.

Thinking clearly, alert, eyes somewhat less blurry, even my nose isn't oddly itchy.

Thought I should post this, incase it turns out to be the eye of the storm, so to speak.
I oughta remember this feeling later

Goop emerging from back of head again....
Feels horrible!!!!!!

Keep hearing odd little "pop" noises where I'm used to little cracks.
Weird.

Cool!
I'm guessing your BP has finally started to move toward normal. I had a bout with moderately high BP a few years back and when it went back down I felt so much better it didn't seem probable.

So, yesterday was pleasant..
Hopefully today will be a little less shit.

So far. Water limit now a drip, so sips only, and no eating.

What next?!?!

.. next..

There's no "pressure" from the cist that apparently still sits between my brain and my spine.
Seems that they were happy to drain it, happy to let it ooze for a day, and will now be happy to leave it there, assuming I continue to feel fine over the next few days.

I have, at least, been allowed my Weetabix!

Neck still hurts.

Yeah, I think I've heard that before. When it comes to screwing around with the brain, if it's not a pressing issue, don't.
I assume they at least got a sample to see if there was malignant tissue?

I hope so!

Honestly no idea, though... its nothing I'm involved in! Let them piss about with it. I'll get home and code!
... once they let me..

Woo! Good to hear, Jay. Also, I had Weetabix for breakfast once when I traveled to England and - after finally discovering what to do with it - found that it tasted like cardboard.

Unless Weetabix is different over in England-land, I quite like Weetabix. Far tastier than Nabisco Shredded Wheat. The only thing Mini-Wheats have going for them is the frosting. Weetabix rules!

I like warmed milk on Weetabix and Shredded Wheat, with plenty of sugar of course.

Even the Weetabix Wiki claims that it's a pressed brick of recycled shredded office documents. See: Link to Wiki

Horrible horrible stuff. Can be eaten cold with milk, or warm with, um, warm milk. Horrible horrible stuff.

I'm more than happy with a couple of slices of toast.

Good to hear you're felling a bit better Jay, now keep it up.

I used to live on Weetabix as a kid. Haven't touched the stuff in 25 years now though.
