Create pixelart, various features, wip

I wanted to do it in Monkey-X but did not know yet how to export the sprite data with it so I started in b+.

On my github page for Blitz plus (https://github.com/Pakz001/blitzplusexamples) I store the compileable files for the pixeling tool. No exe's yet.

The main file at the moment is called Sprite Editor 48x48. I make smaller projects on the github page where I get the new features working before inserting them into the main project file.

There are several brushes (smudge/explode/normal/scatter) different brush sizes (1-9), a line drawing feature (uses the brushsize and style) Unlimited undo, floodfill. There are at the moment only 11 colors. The colors can be changed through the system colorrequester(right click on color selection)

The pixel data will be turned into monkeyx code(array) if you go to its text tab. The color code is also turned into text.
The text (color and pixel data) is also read if you switch back into the pixel editor. (for pasting/copying from code files ect.)

No idea how far I will get with this.
