This week, I've had a crappy week, being sick and feeling particularly lousy, but it's given me plenty of couch-time, and that means another jam-packed newsletter! Hurray!
I really wish my iOS development was moving ahead a little quicker than it is, but I rarely get time to sit at a computer, at the minute. Kinda sucks when you think about it. All this time sitting about. If I had a MacBook, I could've made a thousand Apps by now!
No matter, things'll get back to normal eventually.

A lovely little retro top-down adventure game, starring a curiously familiar looking character. Guide Captain British through the fields to do all the wonderful things he needs to do. Since there's been no real action over at PlayMyCode this week, we've got a blank section, here.
Rather than leave it blank, or fill it with even more retweets, I've decided to pad it out with a list of the top three iOS games that I've been playing this week.
Previously I've been adverse to making the Socoder newsletter biased in the iOS vs Android war, but I've spent a lot of time with both over the past few months, and there's really no denying that my iPhings have much better games on them. Sucks to be an Android owner, to be honest.
Feel free to argue with a list of decent Android games, and I'll happily feature them in next week's newsletter.
; Crazy Taxi
This was just released yesterday, and plays fantastically well on my iPad. Unfortunately, it fails to even play on my iPod Touch even though its a 4th gen one! Yikes! Still, it's a cracking port, looks lovely, and even has the right soundtrack! Kickass!
; Re~Volt
Another port from the wonderful Dreamcast, this time featuring a bunch of little remote control cars rushing around a variety of different areas with lots of shooty power ups along the way. Very Mario Kart, but without the Mario!
; Pocket Tanks
I've had this game for weeks, now, and still keep going back to it. A port from the Amiga, originally Scorched Tanks, where two tanks fight it out, flinging a variety of silly weapons at each other. Plays like Worms, only with a constantly changing selection of weapons, instead of the same collection that was included with the game sixteen thousand versions ago.
