Similar story but one time at a park, this idiot stepped out into the riding area and i hit him - He flagged down police and they actually tried to press charges similar that i had 'assaulted' him. Luckily the whole place had security, so when it became abundantly clear that he darted out into a danger zone, it was dropped. My parents were furious about how stupid it all was. I was around 9 or 10 at the time, And i didn't mean to - the guy was just an idiot. Not saying granny here was stupid, it's just that when you're a kid, those OH SHIT moments aren't quite as easy to react to. I think the correlation between her kicking the bucket and the surgery is a daft point. 87 is up there, And i think the executor of estate is just trying to milk money.
