I thought one of my model planes looked a bit dull, so I pimped it !.

Now it's easy to see it against the sky.

Sweet. Home made? I soooo want one. I remember my dad had one when I was a kid. Brings back memories!

@ Tikihead...
LOL... It's not a paint job, I wish I could spray as good as that. It is a covering that is first ironed on witha modeling iron, and then it is shrunk tight with a heat gun or powerful hairdryer.

That contraption on the front is a 52 Four Stroke engine. It runs on Glow Fuel, AKA Nitro, to all the chavs that have R/C cars.

@ Orion Pax...
If you think it was fun when your Dad had one, then you should try it for yourself. Trust me, it's fun and it's a challenge.

Here's what the engine looks like close-up. Sorry about the lack of quality... Crap camera.

Looks quite nice there. On the subject of nitro, how much does that stuff cost per gallon?? I wonder how efficient it is compared to gasoline, and if a car can be converted to using it... you probably know where I'm going with this, hehe

I would not recommend trying to convert a car to run on it. It can cost anywhere between £10 - £30 per gallon. Depending on what grade you need thats best for the engine.

Wow....thats roughly $20-$60 per gallon. Ok so no nitro here. LOL. Probably not as efficient as gasoline.
