and especially for those who celebrated and got caught up with the Thansgiving festivities.

how was your Thanksgiving and what did you do?

My family and I celebrated Thansgivng on Friday. Wes and the kids came all the way from Seattle, Washington and started from 5:00am in the morning and didn't get to my moms house until about 7:00pm at night on Wednesday.
Mark and Tracy were tired from their jobs and from preparing the Thanksgiving feast too....or most of it. I was tired from my job and didn't come over until Thursday afternoon...also beat most of the traffic rush too.
So mom,Diane, Wes and the kids didn't come over at Mark and Tracys house until 3:00pm on Friday. And you know what?
It was soo good and worked out so cool...that, for all future Thanksgivings will be on either on Friday or Saturdays.

of course, with both pre and post Thanksgiving activites centered around primarily just football, football, and football. I don't really like football but the USC versus Notre Dame was really good. USC won!
I just watched some of the Forensic Files and Cold Case Files and also rerun episodes of the ever popular Match Game 70 on the GSU network. I like both Bret Somers and Charles Nelson Reiley. They are or were cool and very witty and charming too. Bret Somers was married to Jack Klugman who played Quincy on the tv series and was Oscar Goldman on the Odd Couple tv series with Tony Randall. And Charles Nelson Reiley was a good character actor and starred in such showes such as the Ghost and Mrs Muir and the ever popular but comical evil magician mayor Hoodoo on Lidsville with Butch Patrick...who was the little wolfer vampire kid on the Munsters.
I also worked out with my brother Mark at the gym a couple of times. I really liked the hammer strength ab machine and also my new workout of isometrics, some calistenics and a weightlifting exercise that literally works my whole upper body. I take a light or moderate weight of 30 pounds. Then I do a partial upright row on the upswing and then flick my wrists and press it up like a shoulder press and then do a full tricep extension and then back down on the return stroke of the shoulder press and then complete the upright row and on the downstroke or do a partial but return stroke of a reverse barbell curl. I did 3 sets of 7 reps a piece.
It worked really good and my whole upper body came alive...joints,muscles,tendons and ligaments and all. true.

My Thanksgiving wasn't as good as I hoped. Usually, my entire family is over my grandmothers house for dinner. But, this year it was just my family, plus my aunt. Kinda boring. Food was good though.

I did see James Bond with my cousin though, and it was great.

blanko,

how was the movie? I really want to see this James Bond movie.
Of course, there are a few other ones that I like to see...such as Deja Vu, Tenacious D with Jack Black, and especially the Prestige.
I did see Superman Returns on DVD. wow!!, Kevin Spacey made the movie as a more darker, insane criminal genius Lex Luthor. Kudos for his acting and style. Gene Hackman, in the previous Superman movies starring Christopher Reeves, was good but a little more outspoken and more comical too.
