DO NOT use the code until AFTER you've managed to vote. If it's anything like iOS, when I send people Promo Codes, iOS locks them out from posting reviews or rating the game.. I think it might be that only regular Steam users get to vote, so you don't get events like.. Well, this!!! Where a Dev gets "all his mates" to vote, and it skews the results. If you "can't vote", then I don't think any amount of tweaking will make that a possibility. -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

Yeah, one bad apple screws things for everyone. In this case, I imagine there were many bad apples! Otherwise there's nothing stopping devs from creating a bazillion accounts, upvoting their own games over and over. Voting and Online don't work well together! -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

I've hundreds of games in my STEAM library, but technically I've never bought any from STEAM itself. I've had several gifted to me, but the majority were obtained via Humble Bundle deals and the like.

Where a Dev gets "all his mates" to vote Well Valve does say to market your game by telling all your friends and family... Its bloody hard work without a publisher this Steam/Greenlight stuff

...which is a lot of why I desk-flipped when I couldn't get a reply out of potential publishers to do all this nonsense for me. Which ones did you contact? With GreenLight ever vote and comment counts, so I really appreciate when someone votes for us. I hate spamming but it seems to be the only way to do it...
