Im glad to announce that My Game Editor is finished on the principle level..
That means finally you can create a game with it..
I was struggling for a month on a way to communicate between
various objects on the Game using my BluePrint.. Style..

Its not ready for Release, but Its whole concept parts are finally ready.
Off course I got lots of bugs to fix. but at least the concept is done.
Still lots of work, but Im glad to return to bug solving and General improving after a hard month
trying being stuck on some concept Issue.

I will release it only when Ill have a demo game along with it.

This is off course a blitzmax based Editor
So blitz max users can program addons for it and improve it.

It is open for any type of game..
It is based on Xors3D Engine with physics.

It is similar to the style of Unreal Engine but simpler.
if you combine Blitzmax programming with it.
You can almost create any type of game.

But I target it for 2D/3D Scroll games in mind.
What you see in the picture is the BluePrint/FlowChart of a specific Element in the Map.

Since I work alone I cant really make it perfect as I could..
so Im working slowly and mainly doing it for my self for fun I guess.

Yea.. Actually I started this project before unreal went out with his blue print..
I had to invent it all by myself.. and thats what really made the process so slow..

I have no plans to knock unity or unreal off the map thats for sure LOL

Im glad to say that after a month working on some of the concept and its bugs, I made it work.

You must be really stubborn not to give up on such a complex project.
Many times I gave up and took a break for some months..
But I came back.

Thats why I took a side project which is the music editor
which is much easier than this.

Hope soon Ill be able to provide a Demo.

I also want to explain something about my Editor.
In my editor you can create a behavior in programming..
and than this behavior can be attached to any element you add on the map.
So you programmers can add you own special behaviors..
You are not bounded to only the behaviors Ive made.

Ok Ive decided to make this forum for my Game Editor

I also want to ask for help from Blitz3D users
I want to make in the forum a place to put Code for Entity Behavior.. So I can implement in my Engine.

For Example First Person shooter movement Loop..
a plane controller, exploding mesh.. etc..

This way you can help me make this editor getting ready faster..

Also Im looking for people who want to help me build this editor.
and make it worthy..
