When we send t-shirts out, we put in lil yellow envelopes with mini bags of Haribo in. Somebody ordered the wrong size t-shirt, and has returned it for a size smaller (we don't normally do this). Cheeky cunt has ate the sweets and sent me the empty envelope back with the t-shirt.

Include a post-it note with "You don't get ANY MORE Haribo!!" on it

He's now refusing to pay postage for the replacement to be sent. Ain't my fault he can't use a fecking tape measure but he's expecting me to foot the bill for his mistake?

I don't know why I do this. I fucking hate people (present company excepted).

"People" can be arseholes...
Sorry to hear of your troubles.

Maybe try Tie-dying the shirts, then sticking them on eBay or something??

Refunded, banned from future purchases, and reported to eBay for abusing eBay returns procedure.

Now awaiting my first ever negative feedback. Then I'll be a REAL BOY! I mean, a REAL eBayer! \o/

|edit| In the past I've always left + feedback for customers.... that shit's gonna stop. Cos I've left him feeback and I can't retract it now.

Yeah, that's the best way to deal with this stuff.
Seems you have to be a hard-ass to get anywhere, nowadays. Sucks :\

It sucks that sellers can't leave negative feedback. But I am going to stop leaving feedback first. Cos this guy now has + feedback that he doesn't fucking deserve. But it's shit that that's all I can do. eBay is definitely not a seller's market and considering how much I pay them every month, some rights would be nice.

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that a seller can contact ebay to rectify any unjust negative feedback, just make sure you keep record of any correspondence and messages between you and the buyer.

Yeah, all correspoindance has to be done through the ebay messaging system or they just ignore it. Calling the ebay seller support team is always..."fun"

Everyone loves haribo!

I had a dream once I was in a gun fight in a shopping mall... anyway, I couldn't get the last gun totting fella, so, I delved into my Sainsbury's carrier bag beside me (as you do, when your getting shot at), I spied a bag of haribo sours in there and must've thought "he'll not resist them"

So I pulled them out of the bag, then lobbed them grenade styleee towards the fella, sure as out, he spied them and came out of his hidey hole to get them... pop... I got him!

Then my alarm went off and I woke up!

Good dream that!
