Not really sure what's happening, right now, but the CPU Load on the server is going absolutely chaotic! It's the small number on the bottom right of the page, which usually stays around the 3 or 4 mark when it gets busy. At the minute it's jumping around between 30 and 50! I've checked the server stats, but I can't seem to find anything that might be causing it. <shrugs> For now I'm going to assume that the server's doing something very odd, but if the oddness doesn't dissapear in the next hour, I'll have to dig a little deeper. -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

<shrugs> I tried disabling the site for about 10 minutes, and the CPU Load kept ticking upwards. It's up to 90, as I write this. Rather worrying, methinks. But since the site was disabled, I'm about 99% sure that it's not my fault.. So that's good!! -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

So far the new site is hitting the 7s and 8s fairly often, but is mostly around the 3 mark, so I'm not too worried about it. Aw, heck, most of this topic's vanished! -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

yeah, I feel sluggish too. its still hayfever and allergy season. it was bad during the Spring but now it still happens or is happening in the Summer. I don't want nor wish anybody to have an allergy attack. Your body feels sluggish, sinus pressure and headaches, ear aches, itchy and watery eyes, and besides you pee a lot. The URGEcomes a lot. Sometimes, when you least expect it. So my site and interconnecting networks of cells, tissues, organs, subsystems, systems and over-all bod site is sluggish as well. My own CPU loads increase in productivity although. Yet, my network is resting and sleeping. And thats the problem.
