I like a good 8 hours kip, can't function well without it. My wife though has issues sleeping past 4:30am but then naps in the afternoon and falls asleep watching TV in the evening 😁

I've not had more than 5 hours sleep each day/night in the last 10 years. I'm utterly fucking knackered, but I just can't sleep for longer.

I've been working on my sleep pattern a bit this week of all things, mainly attempting to fall asleep a bit earlier then midnight each night, so far it's gone well, I've found turning the lights to a dull red colour as well as having the puter off an hour beforehand helps a lot, I still get rather distracted from 6:30 until just gone 7am before I get out of bed though, heh heh heh
