Back to The Gym again

First visit in almost 2 years. I have a lot to work on. Still got through a 45 -50 minute workout today, 5 mins on the cross trainer, 2x 2:23 on the rowing machines (500m)

Found out where I am at for chest press, leg press and shoulder press before deciding to do another 10 minutes on the cross trainer to cool down.

I've lost a lot of stamina as expected and some strength, which I expected also to be honest. Still, the gym is nice and bright, feels good to work out in, even though I'm starting from scratch again.

Great news.
I'm glad you're getting back into it. I can absolutely understand the lack of stamina, but keeping a regular fitness regime should fix that soon enough.
Good luck!
