This looks very interesting to me. But, then I have always wished for a portable version of the HYDRA. Please keep us posted on this if you are following it.

It's Razer, though. They'll stick a megaton price tag on it. .. and several million LEDs!

If you're just after an Android system for emulators and the like, I'd probably recommend a GPD device.
I have their original GPDxd. It's probably about 5 years old, now, but can easily run PS1 and Dreamcast, so I expect their newer model to be quite a powerhouse, given the speed that mobile devices have improved of late.
