the world is burning because we spent a couple of hundred years pumping too many poisonous chemicals into the atmosphere, how should we fix it? Why by pumping even more poisonous chemicals into the atmosphere! Bloody hell... How about LESS poisonous chemicals? Has nobody thought of that?

That sounds like a cracking plan. What could possibly go wrong... FFS. And they want a few billion dollars each year to do it. If you're going to spend that much, why not just build a sunscreen in space that can be controlled. That makes about as much sene as spraying more shit into the atmosphere.
