He’s a parody of a journalist played by Tom Walker.

What’s interesting is that more and more, he gets comments under his videos that he’s speaking the truth, and that he’s not funny anymore.
I tend to agree. You know things are bad when comedians are the ones telling the truth all of a sudden.

|update| Clarification on Reasoning |update|

I'm trying not be picky, I'm just trying to steer away from politics.
When Afr0 more or less suggested that the truth is dumber than the satire, it changes the thread from being "LOL, Funny video", to being about the politics more than the satire.
I couldn't think of a good way to reply to this thread without it being about politics.

I figured I'd put a stop to things before that happens.

I'm being a real stickler for politics in recent months, as it's all getting a bit too much.
Thank GOD that Twitter's collapsing on its arse, because that's been a shitshow for the past couple of years.
Perhaps, once all of Twitter's gone, and our heads are a little less foggy, I might feel OK about a few stray politics threads on the site..
But, right now, I'm going to have to be firm, for the sanity of the very few members that are left here.

Feel free to start a separate discussion thread if you feel the need, but that should be about "Jay's being a twat", and not about the politics.
