What would you do?


I canceled my prior webhosting service on July 29th. I had paid a year in advance and signed up on June 26th. The first 30 days were supposed to be free. I am entitled to a prorated refund and since the first month was free, I should be entitled to a full refund.

It is now August 11th and I have not received any $$ back and they have gone silent and are no longer replying to me. So, I filed a dispute with my credit card company, Discover, and provided screenshots for everything. Am I in the wrong?
