 		with the adblock on, the site does not scroll and there is no "accept cookies" window.

but, if you save this as a bookmark (name: Move frozen webpage with a y keys) you can scroll it:

 		It's not just modern web design, it's also modern web browsers sadly. the most recent version of chrome has some issues with works website in certain circumstances.... le sigh.

@cyangames FWIW, I didn't name the thread.

Found the culprit disabling extensions one by one. It was "I still don't care about cookies" causing the issue. Ublock Origin Lite, Privacy Badger and DuckDuckGo Essentials were fine.
