@Jay is the TV running normal Android, or is it like the Fire tablets and using Amazon's version where you can only get the apps from Amazon? I bought the first ever Fire tablet, but at that time most of the games by indie developers for it were simply games for the old Windows CE handhelds that had been recompiled to support Android phones and then the Fire and the graphics looked like crud as they were originally meant for tiny handheld devices. Not sure if indie developers are doing better at supporting Amazon's version of Android, or if pure Android support is better. I genuinely like running Android apps on my Chromebook. |

My storage closets should be here this weekend. Maybe early next week. Sitting here waiting for 5 books that can be here any moment. Though I have been sitting here since around 18:00. It is 20:15 now. Doing vocal training while listening to a new Amiga Remix album that got released a while ago. "Encore 500" which was released on iTunes as well. 9 bucks. I think I did 2 remixes from there better  But my mixing and mastering can use a lot of improvement.

The Fire TV TV is running Amazondroid, but I've read you can sideload. To be honest, though, I don't think I'd bother if you're aiming to do anything than bejewelled or pegged or the like. Like I said, the internal browser struggles with GotoJSE, and even Shoebox is stuttery. I don't think there's a great amount of power in the hardware. -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

I was planning on getting a xbox this year for that Starfield game. Use the laptop or iPad as the screen. I have a 13 year old tv with a google stick. Starfield kind of seems like a dud.
