Dabz	Yeah, touch wood, I've had no serious health issues, yeah, the arse thing was a chew, but, it was one of them "just need to get on and get over it" things. One of the old guard I worked with years ago, Kenna, he never smoked, didnt really drink that much, loved his Greek food (His lass used to make the best tzatziki , and he brought it to work for us, it was always a treat), anyway, my mate was talking to him a few weeks ago... He had cancer in his stomach, which they removed quite a bit of his stomach, and has picked up liver cancer just recently and starting treatment for it. Poor git, I was gutted because he really is a nice bloke, a real grafter and one of them that should've been enjoying retirement... But life says otherwise! I suppose what I'm trying to say is, you can live the cleanest, healthiest life ever, even if it helps, it wont guarantee anything, life isnt like that! I personally live for today, because no matter what, I may not see tomorrow... I now work to go out and see the world, it's all I care about really nowadays, my attitude might change, but I know there will be one day that I wont be able to go and do as I please... I may fall ill, I may meet a woman who isnt a crank (More chance of finding a hen with teeth, lol), but until that time comes, I'm going to eat nice things, sometimes drink too much and travel wherever and whenever I can... I'm going to enjoy this world... And in the last two years or so... I've been loving it! rockford	A lovely, lovely nurse I worked with a few years ago carked it on Monday. She must have been about 10+ years younger than me. TBF she was a big, big lass last time I saw her. When I last worked with her she was pregnant, and has had another since, so two kids under 6? without a Mum.

Jayenkai	I eat well enough. I don’t smoke. I don’t drink. And pre-op, I was an avid walker, who loved getting out and about. During my health scare, I came to the conclusion that fuck's going to happen no matter what. I kept saying it's a physical representation of AGameAWeek, and honestly, that’s pretty much all I can possibly consider it to be. Don’t "not" be healthy, but don’t focus entirely on it, because it'll screw you over anyway. Live your life, and don’t freak out every time the papers tell you X/Y will give you cancer, or that you need to eat A/B/C fifty times a day to survive. rockford	Indeed. Everything in moderation and exercise on top, is pretty much the only thing you can do to extand your life. Genetics are the biggest factor to longevity. Poor lifestyle choices have a big impact though.
