Pakz	Apple event - March 2022 My Iphone se is 2 years old. Almost certainly going to get that new iphone se that is going to be featured here. If the cpu is the old a14 then I might get the iphone 13 mini. Rumors are the new M2 wil be released. And new ipad air with more certainty. The 8th this month the event wil be run.

Pakz	Just read some leaks. Seems the new ipad air wil have the m1 soc. No new ipad pro. This one wil follow later this year and have a m2 soc. It seems the new macbook wil be released this month with the m2 soc. I'm thinking if I should just order a regular iphone 13. Since the performance seems to be about 13 percent better with the previous generation comp. Gadget would start cracking at about 8 gadgets used on my current SE. The 3nm chips are set to be in mass production next year. This year the 5nm are stil the norm. Event at : 19:00 amsterdam time.

Pakz	Apple discovers glue! Glue 2 m1 max cpu's together and voila. New mac studio! Yours for only 5000 dollars. Display for 1700 or so. This for the low end models. I need to decide if I wil get the iphone se or pay a bit more for a mini 13.

Jayenkai	I'd base that on the camera. The 13's Macro shots are amazing! If I had to upgrade Mum, she'd still have the SE. I don't think she could cope without a Home button!! The new Studio does look .. "good", but I wouldn't ever use that much power. An M1 Mini would do me just fine, as has the M1 Air. The only reason I haven't upgraded my Mini is that it's 100% running Windows. Until we have a definite Windows for M1, that won't be going anywhere. -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

Pakz	There is this tool called parallels that can run windows on a m1. I also read there are subscriptions services for running a windows inside a screen or something like that. I just payed the city taxes today. Thats a iphone mini worth out of my savings. I did get that new hbo max today. 3 bucks a month for life of the subscription The old iphone is stil working fine for now.

Jayenkai	I don't think Parallels is an ideal option for what I want. It would (I think..?) be constantly running in the background, 24/7, using energy the entire time. A more optimised M1 capable version of Windows, that shuts down and uses less energy is what I'm actually after. .. give 'em time. With all the strengths that the M1s bring, it's only time until Microsoft come along to play properly. -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

Pakz	Decided to get the regular iphone 13. The reviews on the iphone se 2022 were not the best. The battery life is even worse then the 2020 model. The iphone mini is not much better in battery life either.

Pakz	I was looking at that audio stem generator called ripx. This seperates instruments from regular music. It seems to be very good at it. It can also create midi files from audio from what I understand. For learning how to create pro music. A tool like this I could maybe use. It works best with a nvidia 3080 and better. So I would likely not get a mac next. But online versions might pop up. I only use a laptop for streaming movies. Until the hbo tv app gets released. The ipad pro seems to work as a laptop replacement.
