AndyH	Star Wars day Was in Brum today and happened to venture into the Lego shop. My bank account has come to sharply realise it is Star Wars day there (well for the next four days). Came away with a couple of things, including the death star trench run. Would have liked to get the trash compactor and yodas place too, but it's not cheap, as you'd expect. I'm guessing Ian already has all of these, anyone else seen them? rockford	Yeah, I bought myself the UCS Landspeeder last night. And 5 packets of Muppets mini-figs. TBH I'm not enamoured by the 3 dioramas - they are all far too expensive for what they are, so I'll pass on them for now. My next purchase is likely Mando's Naboo Starfighter. But that'll have to wait until next month I think...

Jayenkai	There's a Star Wars sale on Quest at the minute. The ZenPinball Star Wars set is "only" £9.55, though I haven't played the standard Zen Pinball vr enough to warrant that purchase. The other games are discounted, too. I'm really really tempted to try that Vader pack, but .. it's going to want me to spin around a lot, isn't it..? -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

Jayenkai	As for Lego-ish, I picked up the Switch version of Skywalker Saga the other week and played through episodes 1 and 4, but haven't touched it again since. It was... .. well, it's Lego Star Wars, isn't it. You know what you're getting, going in! There's a fair bit more exploration available. But .. it is what it is.. -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

Jayenkai	Oops... Vader Immortal seems alright so far. You can disable a ton of options at the start to make things less motion'y and more suitable to sitting, but there doesn't seem to be an option to make all the shooty things be in front of you, so you're constantly having to spin with the controller. This gets the nausea going, but at least it doesn't FORCE the camera to turn all the time. Once you lose camera control, that's when the mega nausea kicks in. I got as far as .. the floating platform, just after the stormtroopers try shooting you. Then the floating platform started swooping through the air, and .. I had to turn it off. Still a bit dizzy, half an hour later. But the game was alright up to that point. Even the climbing. Boy, that bit felt great, as did the Lightsaber slashing! Aye, that was good.. Up until it wasn't. I installed quit once the floating platform started floating along, and I'm now worried that it didn't appear to have a save option, so ... 8 really hope it did, or that's that game fucked!! -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''
