Retro diffusion is getting a web version with a credit system and requiring no beefy gpu. It has been gaining some traction.

 		OK, I'm fairly happy with how this one looks. I've (probably stupidly) paid for a year's worth of it. £34.99
It's really quite good, if you get the prompts just right, but it has upscaling, background fixing, relighting, and more.
