Aaaah, modern "Rolling News" TV Journalism, where it's perfectly acceptable to play 2 seconds worth of footage, over and over and over again, because you have nothing else to show. I love the fact that the reporter doesn't even hazard a guess as to where the ice came from. I'm guessing a plane, but it could have been from Mr Wong's Loopy Laundry up on the 50th floor. Or UFOs. Or maybe it fell from Doctor Who's TARDIS.
