I love the fact that the reporter doesn't even hazard a guess as to where the ice came from. I'm guessing a plane, but it could have been from Mr Wong's Loopy Laundry up on the 50th floor. Or UFOs. Or maybe it fell from Doctor Who's TARDIS.
