Voice Acting for games

I got back into voice acting. My new home seems to be sound proof enough for me to feel comfortable to make some noise without hearing angry flat residents through the thin walls 👀

Oh, 'acting' is a word coming from the word 'action' 😄

I started learning whistling a few weeks ago. Singing not so long after that. Now I got back into voice acting. I think the trick in all this is to feel relaxed enough. When feeling good making sounds seems so much easier.

Koala sampler on iOS is a great tool for recording and editing/listening to sounds. iPhones and iPad pro's have great sound too.

I quickly made these 'ogre' or baddies or old men talking about having been scared by encountering the player. (Contains talk about sh*tting the pants"
No eq or effects added or anything yet.

I recorded some star trek and lotr and back to the future examples for reference too.

Oh. I wonder if I could read a entire book while holding a voice. Those ai voices need a couple of seconds to train to mimic a voice. I have not seen a tool for that though.
