I was thinking of digging out my ouya, maybe seeing if there is anything in the way of alternate os or decent emulators (such as n64). Anyone still use theirs?

Mine's in "The drawer of abandoned hardware" along with half-a-dozen Wiimotes and a Dreamcast Keyboard.

I just did a quick google. It seems thatnobody really got around to hacking it, nor did they port a decent n64 emulator

Ours still gets used occasionally, mostly for Meltdown and a few other games , also XBMC.

N64 works on OUYA, but any game that takes much oomph is rather slow and laggy.

Same with a lot of platforms. Really I just want a small box capable of decent emulation. It's nice having a real N64, but the picture quality it absolutely terrible, silly nintendo.
