Man, is it just me or are tutorial writers getting worse at their jobs!?!

If it's anything like Amazons Docs for SPAPI. Yes, much worse.

Which tutorials ?

It is hard to judge if something is good, bad, better or worse without seeing it first.
(and having other tutorials to compare with ...)

I'd have to dig through my history, but I'm currently reading bits and bats about WASM.
One particularly bad tutorial was jumping from html/Javascript, to .WABT, and further to Actionscript, writing little bits here, little bits there.
It's pretty much how I code, jumping up and down the script, doing bits here and there.
... except when I do it, I'm not trying to teach people..

.. and when he does it, he just leaves globs of source code with barely any clue as to where in the code it should go, or indeed which of the three languages it's been written in.
It's horrible trying to follow it.

Line numbers would help. Filenames, too.
But no.
"Here's another chunk of code."
