 		I work for the NHS and that report both saddens and sickens me.

The NHS is being run into the ground, offering a poorer service for patients, worse working conditions for staff (who also face constant barrages of physical and verbal abuse), have an increased workload, targets to achieve that are unobtainable given the number of staff available and all with the constant threat of further cutbacks that will make all of the above even worse.

And then the twat goes on Patient TV saying he hopes that they're having a jolly good time (to paraphrase). As if the patient didn't have it hard enough already they are inflicted with a governmental form of Chinese water torture.
