Usability tweak : Clicked Canvas Size, typed 64, tab, 64, ended up with 6443x9664!

Related Usability Tweak : Since this is intended for PlayMyCode sprites, it'd be nice if the size panel also had a bunch of preset sizes so you could just tap the things. Maybe a grid with 16x16 chunks in it, like the old "Add Table" thing did in Publisher!

Additions.
Would be nice to have an Alt-Color. Obviously you can't use Right-Click, but perhaps Middle-click, or Alt+Click..
Ctrl+Click should pick a color.
Shift+Click should lock the mouse in some way.. (when brush, lock axis, when circle/square, keep a 1:1 aspect)

Fixes.
I didn't notice this until I bothered to pick a colour, but.. um...

(Chrome issue?)

But it's lovely, and contains your handy fridge.

I noticed one thing, when I slid the magnification to the max, the drawing was about a couple of inches away from the mouse position.

It's a good idea though, it could pave the way for some sort of cyber grafiti board, a good way for anyone to express their inner self.

@Steve, which browser are you using? Did you have any other changes done to the image, like a change in size?

@Jay, additions are noted, but they probably won't make it in. I have something bigger I'm working on right now, so I'm going for bug-fixes. The bad colour picker, I'd put it down to Chrome as a rendering bug. It's worked for me in Chrome/Firefox/IE/Safari on Windows and Mac OS.

Could even be Mac Lion, quirky bugs with gfx... (ie, maximizing videos causes about 2/3 frames of weird stripyness!)

I'm using FireFox. I will have a proper play around with it when I get back home later.

It looks very nice. Will there be any documentation for the application?

No, there won't be a manual. Hopefully most users won't need one.

I've just updated it again, this time changing the About page to a modal, and adding a new logo. Also includes a lot of internal bug-fixes, mainly around incorrect rendering at certain brush sizes.

Nice logo!

Lovely! Usability niggle, clicking and dragging on the colour picker should still update the picker even when the mouse leaves the picker (making it easy to click, drag and throw your mouse left-and-upwards to get white).

the only suggestion that I have, would be an option to show the brush outline, sometimes I like to be able to see the size of the brush before I draw anything.

Skybrush Threapwood? (lol)

It's been requested several times already, so it's coming! It's surprisingly fiddly to build a fake cursor in HTML that also works efficiently.

and Monkey Island is what I thought of when the name was first suggested to me.

Is it possible to capture the shift key to draw straight lines?

Yes, and I don't think it would be too hard to build. I have a bug fix I'm planning to build in later, so I might get this in too.
