 		"Wanted to try".. Not much, if I'm honest. Everything I've wanted to try, I've dabbled with for 10 minutes or so, and ultimately gave up.
I don't have the staying power to try out new things.
I'm also usually shit at new things.

 		Constantly trying to push your own limits, but also knowing when to stop.
The past decade has been a sharp learning curve. Trying to find the right balance between what I "could" do, and what I "can" do. And knowing when I'm having a bad day, enough to not push myself during those days.
But care is as much about keeping yourself going.

On numerous occasions, they've suggested one of those Mobility Scooters "to help you get out and about", but that's not the point of getting out and about for me. Me getting out is me exercising and trying to keep healthy, not sitting in a seat and wheeling around places. As long as I've still got energy in my legs, and someone to walk with me, then I'll walk. Because walking IS the point.

I don't know exactly what self-care looks like for me, I've just started going back to the gym again this week though, so I guess that counts? Just going to do 2wice a week for a lil bit, see how I fare.
