Quick Review.....

A short and quick review of a new movie I saw last night.

Last Night(Friday), my sister and I saw "In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale".
It was above average and similar to the Lord of the Rings
movies and books by Tolkien. A complete plot twist and reversal from the first game. The main hero was the guy who was in Crankshaft and those Transporter movies. Outstanding performances by both Ron Perlman and Ray Liotta as the evil Sorcerror. His magical outfit was really cool too.
Good cinematography and special effects...especially the magic sequences, yet too many tiresome battle scenes and sequences and similar plot cliches and twists from other fantasy movies makes me give this movie a little above average.
On a scale from zip to 10: I score it 6.5.
