Bank Statements
Today I needed a paper copy of my bank statement for the last two months.

So I go to the bank, ask Cashier Woman for my stament. "Sorry but we only do mini-statements. You'll have to order it online".

So I go home, have a look online, it'll only allow me to order them for up to the end of March. To get one that's newer I'll have to "order it from your local branch".

So I go back to the bank where there is now a massive queue and wait... ... ... for over 20 minutes ... .

Then I see the same Cashier Woman again, explain what the site said, and she says "Yeah you can order the statement if you go over and queue at the Welcome desk". Note that this is the _same_ woman, why didn't she tell me this earlier!

Anywho, I ask her if she can just do it. She tries, fails and calls Welcome Desk Guy over. He asks if I want the two months printed out there and then, or if I want proper ones ordered. Cashier Woman is clearly inept.

An hour wasted. I hate my bank.

 		Inexperienced Bank tellers should have those little "I'm still new" badges for about 3 months or so..

 		I had similar issues with my bank a few years ago, i change to Abbey (now Santander) and not looked back.

RBS, as part of their government payment cashload winfall bollocks have had to scurry off back to Scotland, and all their buildings are going to be taken over by Santander.
