Jayenkai	The whole iName thing was Apple's thing in the first place, though, wasn't it? It became a big thing, and everyone used it everywhere, but iMac/iPod was there right at the start, as far as I can remember.. Surely in cases like these, that would give Apple the benefit of the doubt? Stealth	The "i" thing should be theirs, but in the US you have to aggressively defend trademarks to protect them. Apple would have to sue everyone who used it and thats ridiculous. This company barely has a case. They offer VoIP. It has nothing to do with Apple's offerings. -=-=- Quit posting and try Google.

JL235	I think their sales would go down, since if you searched for iCloud you would no longer find them. I personally would be pretty pissed if another company came along and stole the name 'Play My Code'.

Stealth	US trademark laws dictate that two companies can't share the same name in the same industry. iCloud Communications is going to have to argue in court that Apple's iCloud service misleads customers. Since they offer VoIP (something Apple doesn't touch), it'll be difficult. The reality is, you're probably not the first person to use "play my code". Being original is pretty hard these days.
