I never knew about this software. It's already on the machine! Thanks Stealth. I usually used Truecrypt but it's much too slow and the formatting can take forever. ** Edit ** OOOps. I cannot use it since the file BDEHDCFGLIB.dll is missing. It might not be in this version of windows 7. -=-=- DNA |

Yep. It's not this version of windows 7. I'll have to try something similar to Truecrypt. I would have stayed with Truecrypt but it too long to format the disk to use. Works wonderfully though -=-=- DNA |

Can anyone recommend a good freeware on the fly encryption program? ** Edit ** I tried on application and the software told me I have to be the administrator. I am nearly always logged in as the administrator and I even right clicked and chose run as when installing. -=-=- DNA |
