Boiled Chicken. Here in town many do not know how to cook. They believe that they can take a piece of very good food, let’s say Chicken, over season the chicken, deep fry it, along with the many other non necessary things that need not go into the food, then call it delicious.

Pork in this town, possibly here in America now, is not the food to eat. I have eaten Pigs feet, knuckles, Intestines and Ears. All after they were very well cooked.

They did serve chicken at our church one time that was good. Someone prepared the stuff right.

God only knows what's in Kebab meat, but since there's a higher probability of horses in the frozen lasagnas, I'll stick with my kebabs!!

I can't stand boiled meat, it is bland in both smell and taste and stinks the fucking house out during cooking.

Meat isn't for boiling. Ever. Yech!

I have eaten Pigs feet, knuckles, Intestines and Ears.

Did they run out of food where you live then?

NO Rock.

I had family members that enjoyed the stuff. I have not had any of the Pig in decades. These days there's a problem with tainted meat and some mentioned that its being deliberately done.

I've gone nearly Veggie eating only the occasional piece of meat twice a year.

Ham SHOULD be boiled since it comes off the pig. Everything I mentioned eating before in this post was eaten after boiling.

Almost always boiled twice since a Pig, is a Pig.

When it comes to pig meat, especially Gammon joint, I use a slow cooker. If you boil it, a lot of the flavour gets lost in the water.

Yes but its cleaner to some extent than not boiling it twice.
