it does look good and I like the initial layout. Yet, the red Bkgd color of the CHS TALK blazes out at you. It would with both a white and black Bkgd color. How about a different background(Bkgd) color. Like a light grey or perhaps even better...a light blue. Maybe different postions or sections with a few background colors. |

stealth, um..it was only a suggestion. I still like the site the way it is. Just was thinking maybe it needed a color touch up or two. hey, even if you decide to change the background to the colors of the rainbow or even ultra violet thats cool cause its your web site.cheers power mousey |

That's looking good, Stealth! Maybe you should add some more stats in columns to the right, like in many other forums. Or maybe you're trying to be a little original?  Will the admin section be hidden for normal users?

maybe, stealth. I think thats a good idea. I was just commenting on the color contrasts with that blazing red logo onto a white or even black background. To me....at least, the red is too hot? unless the intention is for the user or intended viewer to take notice first of the logo. And then, zoom out and look at the other information and features of the web site. So, I was supposing and suggesting if you like for the intended user to look at it from a wider perspective...then, change to a color that is more pleasing to the eye, initially calls less attention to the logo at first. So give the background or even the area surrounding the logo a color such as light grey or a various hue of blue. cheers power mousey |

@Phoenix Yeah, I am trying to keep it simple. "Web 2.0 ish" And thank you for the comments. @mousey I see what your saying about the logo. I might change it, maybe make it less bright. I am not too sure yet. -=-=- Quit posting and try Google.
