When I was growing up I only ever had the Sega Master System (2), so I was in the Sega camp with Sonic... But these days Sonic sucks and Mario rules!

Identically minded. Growing up it was Sega all the way. Dreamcast was their Swan Song, and it's been Nintendo ever since. Disclaimer : If Amiga were on here, I'd've voted that. I wasn't a console player until PS era. -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

I grew up with Sega (And voted Sega), but loved some of the Nintendo games as well. I nearly blew my fat when I was watching The Wizard and saw Mario 3 for the first time, I say that, but, I was like 12 or something and wouldnt have had much fat to blow!  Good times! Nintendo through and through, I did love the Sega consoles also mind, particularly the Megadrive and Dreamcast -> looks at the VMU on my Desk...

I voted Nintendo but I like both. Never had to own any of them personally, nearly everyone I knew had one so I just used to hog their's.
