Well... Installed RetroPi on my SD card, booted it up, working lovely, only, the controller setup is a bit iffy when it comes to defining the back buttons on my XBox controller, so, spied a thread saying you can edit the config file for it... By logging out of ES to the console, and then starting up the GUI with the auld startx command...

Blank screen, nowt happening, had to unplug... Plugged by in... Deader then a dodo! :/

Reinstalling the RetroPi image now for another go just to see if it has only knackered a bootloader or something...

Yep... Just tried another SD card with raspbian on... Same!

I'm actually gutted, more gutted then when the prop shaft went on my land rover... More gutted then when I split up with the ex-wife...

Plain old... Gutted!!!
