He did something, but it wasn't LootCrate IIRC.

Mine turned up later, this month, due to Xmas and new year. He's typically doing 3 boxes a month, lately, so I'd expect them all to arrive... ... Eventually!!

I was more interested in the Treats one this time. Feck all in the Lootcrate worth anything to me (even as a SW fan).

Indeed, and then I saw the price..
$15 for the box.. $15 for delivery to the UK..

$30 for a box of foreign sweets... Erm... Oooookkkaaaayyyyyyy

Anyway, yeah, the crate was a bit "meh" this time around, I did like the man tin though, if I had one I'd fill it with screws and plugs and cack like that!

I'd never order any "Unknown" box, no matter what the price, but I do enjoy watching them being unboxed.

As for the tin, I've got an old Weetabix tin, which I use for screws and other DIY bits myself. So great minds think alike Dabz. Or fools seldom differ.

I don't mind the Arcade Block so much, because I know that my £20 is at least buying me a TShirt each month. OK, they're not all fantastic shirts, but at least it's a decent enough item every month. Other than that, the tat is either garbage or bonus funstuffs.

I'm not paying $30 (£20) a month for a box of oddities, most of which won't interest me. Gimme a guaranteed goodie, or it ain't happening!

.. Now, whatever happened to that planned Nintendo-Box from last year??

NintendoBox sounds cool, but you know it will just end up as Mario on everything from stickers, notepads and mousemats (as weell as T-shirts), with the occasional other Nintendo all-stars.

Star wars could interest me, but I don't follow all of it like the animated stuff and books, so characters in those would be completely lost on me.

I'm a bit annoyed with LEGO for that - they have released two series of MicroFighter mini Super Deformed models based on the movies and they've been great (six models per series), with only 12 models many of the ships/vehicles from the movies still haven't been covered - including iconic ships like Boba Fett's Slave 1 etc. In Series 3 they've included 3/6 models from the animated series. FFS. I don't know or care what they are! As a collector I'm forced to get them now though. Grrrrr...

A monthly Lego box of oddities would be nice.. Heck, even a monthly Lego Magazine with a free minifig would be nice.
...
Bah, humbug!

That could indeed be awesome - a new model each month that was (at least time) exclusive to the LegoCrate. And of course mini-figs too
