Yes I'd imagine they do. I don't really want first hand experience.

If it were me in this situation I'd be more than willing to have a crack at that new immunotherapy thing. It's sent 90% of test subjects (formerly with "terminally ill" status) into remission. If I remember right, two people died from the treatment but if I was terminally ill, I'd go with those odds.
