About a year ago, was doing the school run and went round a right hand bend, and BANG! Spring went on the left hand side. Today, going round the same bloody bend, but the other way - BANG! Spring gone on the driver's side.  Fucksocks. :/ Bastard thing has snapped near the bottom and come out of the mount. Undriveable (well, I could... but I'd be dancing with suicide). Got it booked into garage on Wednesday - the earliest they can do it. Green Flag to the rescue again! |

I've had a couple of rear springs snap but never had a front one go on me yet, thank fuck!

Had both rear springs go on this car now, also had both rears on the previous car as well as a front spring. Didn't even realise the front one had broken until I was trying to get out of a car park and noticed a grinding noise while steering. Today's one snapped at the bottom though, which is a first. All the others have snapped at the top. |
