Todays experiment, what happens when you install windows 7 from a proper disk instead of the oem one that came with your laptop well over a month after upgrading to win 10?...

seems to have worked just fine. didn't format the first try and got errors about some .dll file or other. So formatted and tried again. First it said I didn't have a genuine windows but I re-entered the product code from the sticker on my laptop and it validated just fine. I guess microsoft were talking out of there arse when they said you couldn't downgrade. Or perhaps they were just talking about your windows.old folder deleting itself so a clean install would be the only option.

I will be downgrading win 8.1 because I am stick of seeing bag of shit blue death screen TWICE today even thought I did scan my hard drive that was fine!!!
